New restaurant to open in Millennium Centre
On Thursday 1st of October ffresh lounge bar and restaurant is opening at Wales Millennium Centre in the heart of Cardiff Bay.
ffresh has been created to showcase the best of modern Welsh food and has a real passion about local produce.
The menus are seasonal and have been designed by Shaun Hill of the renowned Walnut Tree Inn in consultation with the WMC’s culinary team, which includes Andrew Lauder, formerly of Morgan’s in Swansea.
Welcoming and relaxed ffresh is ideal for lunch or evening dining. Bring the whole family for an extended Sunday roast. Chill in the lounge bar with tasty light-bites, healthy options and a great range of drinks.
Enjoy a set-menu with lunch prices from £10.50 for one course and dinner prices at £16.95 for 2 courses (including coffee). Or relax in the lounge bar with a range of food options from £3.50.

There are special prices for two course lunch or dinner when you book a table with your show tickets.
2 course lunch £12 when you book with your show ticket (£11.50 for a group of 10+)
2 course dinner £16 when you book with your show ticket (£15.50 for a group of 10+)
