ECC add Fun to the Green Agenda
Executive Communication Centres (ECC), one of the UK’s leading Serviced Office providers whose Welsh Branch is based at One Caspian Point, are doing their bit for the planet and for the bank balance
Having historically provided a free of charge uniformed Chauffeur service in their Business Centres, they have received many requests from in house clients to be taken relatively small distances. Requests were received for journeys that were too far to walk quickly, but were also too close to drive and, as a result ECC looked around for an alternative, complimentary, solution.
The 'Segway i2', which is a self balancing, zero emissions, personal transportation (PT) vehicle, seemed to fit the bill. This revolutionary green transport solution enhanced ECC’s environmental policy - in particular to build on their commitment to offset some of the greenhouse gasses generated by the chauffeur car service.

It is used by many police forces and by shopping mall security officers because it is extremely flexible and provides fast access to otherwise vehicular restricted areas. The Segway i2 can cover up to 24 miles on a single charge and reach speeds of up to 12 miles an hour.
