The History:

  • Cardiff Bay Partnership (CBP) was set up in 2000 by Associated British Ports     
  • Two Norwich Union funds acquired sole ownership of CBP in 2004 and the 14 acre site estate was rebranded Cardiff Waterside
  • Aviva Investors (formerly Morley Fund Management in the UK) via Knight Frank act as asset and investment advisors to the Norwich Union funds
  • Knight Frank and Cooke & Arkwright are joint letting agents for the estate
